Goal: Visually appealing, user-friendly menu reflecting Beno's brand & seamlessly integrating 12 zodiac-themed cocktails.
Challenges
01: Seamlessly integrating 12 zodiac-inspired cocktails into the menu design.
02: Creating an interactive element to showcase one cocktail at a time.
03: Balancing aesthetics with functionality for easy guest navigation.
Prototype 01
To incorporate rotational capabilities, I implemented the following:
A central disk featuring 6 drinks on each side.
A cover/jacket that reveals only one drink and its attributes (zodiac sign, ingredients, price, etc.) at a time.
A branded dial with the 'Beno' logo to enhance brand visibility.

Prototype 02
The client, while approving the initial prototype, requested the menu incorporate three distinct information outlets, necessitating a redesign.

The images below showcase the final, fabricated menu card. Production was a meticulous process, taking 20 days to complete due to the intricate cutting and assembly required. Precise craftsmanship was crucial to ensure all components, including the central pin, were aligned perfectly. Any misalignment would cause the rotating disk to wobble. Fabricating the delicate stoppers also presented a significant challenge.
The client expressed immense satisfaction with the final product, stating that I "nailed it." It was incredibly rewarding to witness my client proudly unveil this unique menu card at BENO.
